www.tune-up.com -> all around system optimizer. free 30 day trial
hijackthis is a util that will allow you to see what suspicious software might be running on your pc.
Adaware of course is one of my favorites to remove spyware..

as an anti-virus i'm running Nod32 i find it's one of the best and not to intrusive out there.

First post!!

Got some exciting changes that are happening to me right now, first of all I recently became an Ebay trading assistant hopefully this will provide some nifty things to come, secondly was offered a position in a telecomunication firm to manage and supervise a national High-speed internet access project. and will also find out very soon if it's going to be a boy or a girl.

All in all I'm still the same old me trying to lead a normal life..
